Acceptable Use Policy

Orii.ai is operated by Mindful Monk LLC.

6.1 Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth standards for acceptable use of the Orii.ai Platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Commit any criminal offense or facilitate illegal activity;
• Engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or securities law violations;
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any person or entity;
• Upload or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious software;
• Conduct phishing attacks, social engineering, or identity theft;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party systems;
• Perform penetration testing without prior written authorization;
• Use automated tools to systematically scrape or harvest data from the Platform;
• Disseminate false or misleading information about real estate markets;
• Facilitate mortgage fraud, real estate fraud, or money laundering;
• Resell or commercially exploit Platform data without a valid commercial license.

6.3 API Usage

API access is subject to rate limiting and usage restrictions as specified in our API documentation. Excessive usage that degrades Platform performance for other users is prohibited.

6.4 Reporting Violations

Report potential violations to [email protected]. We investigate all credible reports.
