7.1 Respect for Intellectual Property
Orii.ai respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.
7.2 DMCA Takedown Notices
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to our designated agent including:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material;
- Your contact information;
- A good faith belief statement that the use is not authorized;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

7.3 Counter-Notices
If your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice. We will restore content if valid and no court action is filed within 10 business days.
7.4 Repeat Infringers
We will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Orii.ai and the Orii.ai logo are trademarks of the Company. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
