Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orii.ai is operated by Mindful Monk LLC.
3.1 Overview
Orii.ai offers subscription-based access. This policy describes your options for cancelling and requesting refunds.
3.2 Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is required during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via Account Settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period expires.
3.4 Refund Eligibility
- New subscribers: full refund within 7 days of initial payment, subject to usage assessment;
- Annual subscriptions: pro-rated refund within 14 days of annual renewal, at our discretion;
- Monthly subscriptions: generally non-refundable once the billing period begins;
- Feature outages: service credit may be issued for outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to factors within our control.
3.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Change of mind or no longer wishing to use the Platform;
- Market conditions or data not meeting expectations;
- Violation of Terms resulting in account suspension;
- Requests made after the applicable refund window has expired.
3.6 How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request – [Your Account Email]" and your account details and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
3.7 Consumer Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or Australian Consumer Law. Statutory rights prevail where broader.
3.8 Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We encourage you to contact us before initiating any chargeback.
